Stephen Harper is the current Prime Minister of Canada and is leader of the Conservative Party. Another e-mail success, I sent a note to the Office of the Prime Minister and received this photo today. With this success, I now have the autographs of the current leaders of Great Britain, Autralia, Germany, and Canada along with photos from former British PM Tony Blair and current US Vice-President Dick Cheney.
