Ted Kulongoski is the current Governor of Oregon. This is my second Governor success with an ultimate goal of writing or emailing all 50 Governors over the course of this year. The first success was the Governor of my current Homestate of Texas, Rick Perry, with Oregon, the state in which I was born, being my 2nd success. Governor Kulongoski sent me this standard postcard but did also send me a hand-signed note thanking me for my email to him.
