Dawn Wells (Born 1938 in Reno, NV) is an American Actress best known for her role as Mary Ann Summers on the classic sitcom “Gilligan’s Island” during the mid 1960′s. A former Miss Nevada, she appeared on series such as “Bonanza”, “77 Sunset Strip”, and “Maverick” prior to landing her role on “Gilligan’s Island”. Along with Russell Johnson and Tina Louise, she is one of only 3 surviving cast members remaining from the classic show.
