Linda Evans (Born 1942 in Hartford, CT) is a Golden Globe Award winning American Actress. She is best known for her starring roles on the 1960’s series “The Big Valley” and the classic 1980’s primetime Soap Opera “Dynasty”. Her work on Dynasty earned her 5 Golden Globe Award nominations with one win and 1 Emmy Award nomination. Her other TV credits include appearances on shows such as “My Favorite Martian”, “The Love Boat”, “Hunter”, “Mannix”, “The Rockford Files”, “North and South:Book Two”, and many others. She was a High School classmate of “Hart to Hart” star Stephanie Powers.
