Dyan Cannon (Born 1937 in Tacoma, WA) is a Golden Globe Award winning and Academy Award nominated American Television and Film Actress, Writer, and Director. In a Hollywood Career that started in 1959, she has appeared in theatrical films such as “Bob and Carol and Ted and Alice”, “Heaven can Wait”, “Revenge of the Pink Panther”, “Honeysuckle Rose”, “Deathtrap”, “Caddyshack 2″, “Coast to Coast”, “Shamus”, “Author, Author”, and many more. Her Golden Globe victory was for Best Supporting Actress in the film “Heaven can Wait”, a role that also earned her one of her three career Academy Award nominations. Her extensive TV resumes includes shows such as “Gunsmoke”, “Medical Center”, “Ally McBeal”, “The Rockford Files”, “Three Sisters”, “Burke’s Law”, “77 Sunset Strip”, and countless others. She was married to Hollywood legend Cary Grant in the mid 1960′s. She has a star on the Hollywood Walk-of-Fame.
