
Gavin MacLeod (Born 1930 in Mount Kisco, NY) is a Golden Globe nominated American Film and Television actor best known for his role as Capt. Merrill Stubing on the long-running TV classic, “The Love Boat”. His acting career started in 1958 and has included roles in such films as “Kelly’s Heroes”, and “The Sand Pebbles” while his extensive Television resume includes featured roles on “McHale’s Navy”, “Hogan’s Heroes”, “The Mary Tyler Moore Show”, and “The Love Boat”. He has guest starred on dozens of shows including “The Andy Griffith Show”, “The Munsters”, “Rawhide”, “Charlie’s Angels”, “Murder She Wrote”, “The Big Valley”, “Hawaii Five-o”, and countless others.
