President Shimon Peres

Shimon Peres is the current President of the State of Israel. Born in Poland, Peres also served as Prime Minister on two separate occasions and once as Interim Prime Minister. He has been serving in various high-level positions within the Israeli Government since 1952. In his long political career he has also authored 11 books over the years.
