Gina Tognoni (Born 1973 in St. Louis, MO) is a Emmy Award winning American Daytime Television actress. She has been nominated for Daytime Emmy Awards for Best Supporting Actress a total of 3 times for her role as Dinah Marler on the daytime Soap Opera “The Guiding Light”. She won the award twice, in 2006 and 2008. She started in daytime Television in 1995 with a role on “One Life to Live” and has also appeared on TV series such as “Law and Order: SVU”, “The Sopranos”, “Fastlane”, and others. In late 2009, with the demise of “Guiding Light”, it was announced that Gina would be returning to the soap “One life to Live” in her original role as Kelly Cramer.
