Bruce Willis

Bruce Willis (Born 1955 in Idar-Oberstein, West Germany) is a Golden Globe and Emmy Award winning American Actor. He first made it big as wisecracking detective David Addison on the popular series “Moonlighting” in which he starred opposite Cybill Shepherd. He starred in the 1987 film comedy “Blind Date” but then rocketed to film stardom with his role in the hit action movie classic “Die Hard”. He then went on to a string of box-office hits including “The Last Boy Scout”, “Billy Bathgate”, “Look who’s talking”, “Die Hard 2″, “Death becomes her”, “Pulp Fiction”, “Color of Night”, “Die Hard with a Vengeance”, “Tears of the Sun”, “Last Man Standing”, “Armageddon”, “The Jackal”, “The Siege”, “The Sixth Sense”, “The Kid”, “Bandits”, “Sin City”, “16 Blocks”, “In Country”,”The Whole Nine Yards”, “Live Free or Die Hard”, “The Fifth Element”, “The Whole Ten Yards”, “Unbreakable”, “Twelve Monkeys”, “Over the Hedge”, “Surrogates”, and countless others. He has won Emmy Awards for his role on “Moonlighting” and for a guest appearance on the sitcom “Friends”. His Golden Globe Award was won for “Moonlighting”. Enjoys singing when not acting and had a #5 Billboard single with the song “Respect Yourself” in January of 1987. Was married to actress Demi Moore for 11 years.
